Services & Pricing

Priced for restaurants, not for consultants.

Two monthly plans. A chef writes your kitchen's documentation, builds the numbers behind your menu, and gives your staff a fast way to find all of it mid-service. Every engagement is conducted entirely in writing: no sales calls, no site visits, no meetings.

  1. 01 Free audit Sixteen questions, scored as you go
  2. 02 Documentation Review, $99 Credited in full to either plan

The plans

Kitchen Essentials

$59 a month, 12-month term$590 for the year, paid up front

or $590 paid for the yearor $59 a month on a 12-month term

The two documents every kitchen needs first, written to your kitchen and your code, and a fast way to find them mid-service.

  • Kitchen Opening & Training Program, written to your menu and equipment
  • Food Safety Standard, written to your state and county code
  • Task-level sign-off records: competence, not attendance
  • Finder: your documents, found by typing or speaking, on any phone or tablet
  • Recipe Library, Volume 1: Savory Foundations, The SOP Edition (121 recipes)
  • Updates when your menu or your code changes

What is needed from you Your menu, an equipment list, your city, county and state, and answers to one consolidated set of written questions.

Begin in writing

Founding kitchens The first ten kitchens on either plan keep their price for as long as they stay.

03

Documentation Review

You send what you actually have: recipe files, prep sheets, training notes, safety postings, in whatever state they are in. Mixed formats and half-finished files are normal; they are the point.

You receive a written findings report: an inventory of what exists, every gap ranked by severity, liability first and then cost, and what closing each one involves. Where the material is sound, the report says so.

04

Add to either plan

  • Specialized process standard

Reduced oxygen packaging and sous vide, or fermentation and curing: the HACCP-based standard your health department asks for before you run the process, written to your equipment and your code. One revision round after the health department's comments is included. Approval is theirs to give, so it is never promised.

    $495 each, one-time

  • More standardized recipes

Past Kitchen Complete's forty, or on Kitchen Essentials: the same standard, one recipe at a time.

    $15 per recipe

The Station Kit

Who this is for, and who it isn't

For Independent restaurants and small groups, single kitchens included. The plans are priced so a kitchen that watches every dollar can still afford them.

Not for Chains large enough to have an internal operations department already doing this work.

Not for Concept development, design, or marketing. That is a different business, and this practice does not pretend to be it.

08

Written intake

This is how every engagement begins. Describe your operation and the state of your documentation as it actually is. The intake is a working document, not a sales funnel, and you receive a written reply, usually within two business days.
